Trainings and workshops offer an opportunity to learn and practice the skills and consciousness of NVC and most people find participating in workshops helpful in developing fluency in the process. Workshops are typically highly interactive and vary in length from brief introductions to multi day intensives and ongoing classes, and some trainers offer on-line training opportunities as well as in person training. Fees also vary considerably. Some workshops are offered on a donation basis with no one turned away for lack of funds. Scholarships or work exchange may be available.
