The Power of Empathy

Feb. 11th, 6:30-9pm: Deepen Presence, Connection, and Care in all your relationships. In this pre-requisite for the 2 following sessions, explore the significance and power of empathy in our lives, learn the qualities of expert empathy, and practice skills for expressing empathy towards others. Get inspired by the infinite potency of this most essential skill used in Counseling, Mediation, and Nonviolent Communication. 

The Power of Self-Empathy

Feb. 18, 6:30pm-9pm: Heighten Self-Connection, Emotional Regulation, and Empowerment. Learn to employ empathy inwardly for self-soothing, emotional regulation, and embodied self-awareness. The inner clarity made available by this self-connection leads directly to greater authenticity in your relationships and empowerment in your life.

Deep Healing with Empathy

Feb. 25, 6:30pm-9pm. Transform Judgments, Unstick Habits, Heal Emotional Wounds. The power of empathy can be directed towards healing and transforming stuck patterns and deeper relationship wounds in ourselves and others. Learn and practice some different applications for healing and transformation through empathy.
