Book & Material Refund Policy

If an educational material that you've purchased is defective or you decide you do not want it, you can receive a full refund or replacement of that item within a month of purchase.

To request a book or material refund, contact the Local Materials Coordinator for the region from where you purchased the book.

This policy only applies to materials purchased through ORNCC, and does not apply to materials purchased directly from CNVC (Center for Nonviolent Communication) or other sources.
