Do you have as much skill as you want in creating cooperative, respectful relationships? If not, it is possible that learning Nonviolent Communication (NVC) could support your longing for peaceful and cooperative relationship.

Learn to:
• Speak what is true for you in a way that others are more likely to be able to hear.
• Hear the pain that others express in a way that supports connection.
• Ask for what you want in a way that inspires natural giving.

During this free introduction Fred will use situations provided by those who attend to demonstrate the potential of Nonviolent Communication in transforming the experience and qualities of relationship.
